Refund Policy

Overview

WebPrivacy Pro is a one-time purchase of $24.99, sold and processed by Microsoft Store. Because Microsoft takes the payment, refunds are issued by Microsoft under the Microsoft Store refund rules that apply in your country. We never receive or store your payment details.

There is no subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. This policy explains how to get a refund and when we will back your request.

Requesting a refund

Request a refund through your Microsoft account order history at account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, or contact Microsoft Support. Microsoft decides on refund requests under its own policy, and generally expects them soon after purchase.

We support refund requests in these situations, and will confirm them to Microsoft where asked:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• The App does not work on your PC and we could not fix it.
• The App is materially different from what this website and the Store listing describe.

What happens after a refund

Once Microsoft refunds a purchase, the licence ends and the App stops checking websites. Your history, trusted sites and blocked sites stay on your PC until you clear them or uninstall the App; we never had copies of them.

Reinstalling is not a new purchase

If you reinstall Windows, move to a new PC or install the App on another device, sign in with the same Microsoft account and the App restores your purchase. You are never asked to pay twice, so there is nothing to refund in that case.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country, including any right to cancel a digital purchase within a legally required period.
